Spending a year away from football after the debacle of the Salem Doom, Darren Jungwirth built another team and entered into an independent schedule.

 

The Enforcers would play two games against OFL opponents and forfeit the final scheduled game with the Independent Renton Ravens.

 

The Enforcers would switch gears and enter the Oregon-based National Nine-Man Footblal League where they would go on to enjoy success winning the league title in 2003 over the Oregon Outlaws.
