Mark Meadows $5/Annually

The Warcos were created as part of the Northwest War Industries League as workers flocked to the shipbuilding company. Following the first meeting with the Shipbuilders, the Warcos, injury riddled were forced to forfeit the return match-up.

The Portland Rockets would ressurect a team for the 1944 season.
