TULALIP HAWKS
(2017 - 2019)

Created for the 2017 season, the Hawks were part of what was the four-team Washington State Football League after the Lakewood Lions dropped out mid-season after a series of on-field incidents forced a league suspension.  Tulalip would finish 2-5 during the inaugural season including a 15-0 loss in the league championship.

A massive jump in 2018 took the Hawks from 0-2 to start the season, to winning seven-straight to win the WSFL crown, avenging the 2017 championship loss to the Peninsula Eagles.

The 2019 Hawks opened the season with a heart-breaking loss to Northwest League opponent Renton in overtime, but rebounded with five straight wins to sit atop the WSFL.  The season however, ended flatly as Tulalip was beaten soundly on the road in Yakima and were then stunned by the Predators in a make-shift playoff game to end the season. Running back Shephard Little would set a regional rushing record with the first recorded 300+ rushing game when he racked up 316-yards against Yakima on June 8th.

The Hawks franchise would not return as Covid-19 shut down the 2020 season.  Little would make his way to the Everett Royals leading the team with 831-yards rushing during the 2023 season.
