In 2014, former Lane County Dragon leaders Murray and Sisk got together to try and restart a team in the Roseburg area.

The Rampage petitioned the PFL for games and were slated to face some of the best in the league.  The scores showed it.

During the April 26th contest, Victor Suarez crushed his C5 vertebre and was paralyzed from the chest down.

At the end of the season, management could no longer run the team from Eugene and it was decided to shut down operations.

The Douglas County Timberwolves would be spawned soon after to take up the vacancy.
