Mark Meadows $5/Annually

Bozeman was only able to get on the field for one game in 1909 losing to Livingston in the final minute 5-0, in a game where zero forward passes were attempted by either team.  A return game was attemped on three weekends only to be canceled by Livingston or weather.  Because of those scheduled games being canceled on short notice, Bozeman lost out on a chance to prove themselves against Anaconda or the Butte Columbias.

Fransham was selected to the All-Montana team causing a dust-up from a Missoulian writer claiming "All-Montana" should be collegians only, not semi-professional or independents.
