The Predators were a venture by Brandon Powell to
bolster the NAFL Northwest lineup in its inaugural season. Turnout
wasn't quite as expected and on March 20, the NAFL announced a "merger"
of the Predators and the Valley Mustangs which wasn't much of a merger
as no real Predator team really took shape. The move was also
expected to make room on the schedule for the Clark County Yellowjackets,
another Powell Enterprise creation which never got off the ground.
